In order to identify the most adequate Spring Feeder model, we need:- a description or an outline with the dimensions of the spring to be conveyed.
- possible photos.
The essential data - besides the figures and the picture of the sample - are:
- the number of the springs (cadence), expressed per second and/or minute, which have to separately come out from the rilsan pipe.
- autonomy capacity, expressed in spring number to be introduced in our system.
- the necessary accessories for the electric and pneumatic control, as well as a timed output of the spring from the rilsan pipe through a pacing selector is needed.
We almost never need samples for a first evaluation, but the analysis is facilitated with 500 / 1000 springs. In case of order, however, the necessary amount for the construction and the system testing is similar to the requested final autonomy.
Having all the preliminary data and - if necessary - the samples, you can averagely receive the offer within 5 days (10 if tests are needed). The delivery time depends from the chosen Spring Feeder type and its final composition. From the order reception we approximately send the 3D project within 10 days, while the delivery is within 8/10 weeks with fully complete electric controls and pneumatic systems.
Manuals and Declaration of incorporation, including the Machine Directive 2006/42/EC in Italian or English, a Report of the final testing with photos and a Video of the complete system (with automatic test, simulation of the sample cadence).
