The problem, the solution

VibroE SF is the evolution of VIBRO SF, in fact it combines the vibrating system with an electrical device to disentangle springs. Springs are subjected to more steps which allow their opening and the disentanglement. Whether they should not open up due to the vibration, they continue through the electrical disentangler, which is able to separate even the hardest springs. If this step is not successful on the first pass, the pieces are reintroduced and the same procedure is repeated until they are all separate. The logic behind this hybrid solution is, in fact, to create a continuous loop for springs that remain
entangled. The key, however, is to handle untangled springs and tangled springs on separate ways, so that they do not get mixed up.

Why is it dangerous for single springs and entangled springs to come into contact with one another?
Because, as these springs are more prone to get entangled, it is highly likely that even springs that have already been separated
may become entangled again and form hanks.

How can we know if the springs can be untangled?
By testing them. This step is essential for determining whether the project is actually feasible. Given the same
dimensions, we can work out which system is best suited simply by observing how the tested pieces behave.

What springs is it suitable for?

VIBROE SF is the ideal system for springs with a high degree of entranglement. 
It is designed to automatically handle springs of different sizes and very different geometries.

How it works:
VibroE SF combines all the benefits of a vibrating system with those of an electric shaker. Used individually, they would be unlikely to produce satisfactory results, but when used in combination, they allow their respective capabilities to untangle springs to be fully utilised.

The process begins with controlled loading, followed by the feeding of the pieces via vibration, during which the springs are subjected to various dedicated air jets, and finally reaches the electric shaker, where the springs that are still entangled are sent through a dedicated
process.

There’s always a very small percentage of pieces that remain on the
bottom of the vibrating bowl, which the operator has to remove by hand.

Springs that are still entangled can only be fed into the electrical disentangler, repeating the process step by step.

Finally, we see the singulation phase, which deliver a single spring in perfect alignment with the required machine cycle times.

Control zone
