The disentangling system is boosted through the integration of a circular vibrator and an electrical separator. If the springs arriving at the final part of the bowl’s duct are entangled, they are channelled through the rilsan pipe to the output while forming a buffer.
The entangled springs are then ejected on a slide, through which they are conveyed to the lateral electrical separator that will disentangle the falling springs with a system equipped with whips.
The disentangled springs then reach the base of the circular vibrator and get back to the surface through the bowl’s inner track until they reach the selection point.
Once coming out from the circular bowl and before getting into the rilsan pipe, the passage of each spring is being checked by a mechanical calibre, managed by a sensor and a pneumatic slide.
It is possible to include in the delivery the noise protection hood, the bench and the final pacing selector at the end of the rilsan pipe.
